She puts it all together as part of the investigation.She had many threats during the story, even death. I love it when Deborah Crombie takes Scotland Yard Detective Superintendent Duncan Kincaid, his wife, D.Since (1) happened because I never got around to posting a review here, let me at least leave this note to myself: "You liked this well enough to read another one, idiot. Carmen Dog I did enjoy the descriptions of the architecture, gardens and cooking, and I suppose there were some heartwarming family scenes though I rarely warm up to those.A Bitter Feast is truly a feast for fans of the series, or for fans of police procedurals.
