I was going to avoid it, as I am tired of teenage gladiatorial books with sloppy worldbuilding that only exists to throw the teens into a pit to fight themselves bloody (between swooning and angsting over their Lurve Triangle) but I stumbled on a reference to there being only one white character in this book, and I had to read it.Ihr ward so voller Freude.

[Nyxia] - Home

But a damn city. The mysterious Babel Communications has gathered ten teenagers for a trip to the planet of Eden. Caperucita Roja Seriously, think Hogwartz, where the kids can constantly see how they are doing.

Nyxia (The Nyxia Triad, #1) by Scott Reintgen

The characters are all floating around in space. BUT I LOVED IT!!!! Dead Land I was so intrigued.

Onyxia - NPC - World of Warcraft

Sometimes you need teamwork to get you to the top. Egal was andere sagen Reality is a new world. The contract is offered to get the recruits to leave Earth and travel to a distant planet called Eden in order to mine for Nyxia. The Moonstone The constant battle between doing whatever it takes to earn a place on the final team, and maintaining a sense of self and personal integrity. The Road As the book builds upon this training program, you slowly learn about the characters and it is awesome.Do enjoy this tome as mush as I have, and as always, spread some love around today!

Über uns - [Nyxia]

These kids are from all over the world, and as I learned more about why they are present and what backgrounds they came from, an inclusive picture was created in my mind.Kaya becomes an unspoken leader because she has the best strategic plans. I understand why they sent children, for the aliens really like kids for some unexplained reason, but why not send teenagers who are more equipt to go into space than ten random kids?Over time the competitions and training grow harder and harder. I hate how we live in a world where black men have to always be portrayed as angry.
